Apply a warm compress 

Hold a warm cloth or heating pad against the ear to reduce pain. 

Stay upright 

Sitting or standing helps relieve pressure in the ear. 

Chew gum or yawn 

Helps equalize pressure, especially during altitude changes. 

Ear Pain Relief Drop

Softens earwax if buildup is causing pain (use cautiously). 

Olive oil or mineral  oil 

A few drops can soften wax and ease discomfort. 

Saltwater gargle 

Helps if pain is related to throat infection affecting the ear. 

Stay hydrated 

Drinking water helps thin mucus and reduce pressure. 

Use nasal decongestants 

Decongestants help relieve ear pressure.

Rest and relax 

Reduce stress, which can sometimes worsen perception of pain.
